Shopify OS 2.0 · product-page section system

You already earned the buyer. The page hands them back.

The leak isn't the price, the reviews, or the button. It's the structure between them. Decision-Flow is a Shopify product-page section system that holds that structure steady inside your existing theme. No redesign required.

the cost

You paid to get them this close.

A buyer your ad already brought to the edge of buying: landed, choosing a size, moving toward the button. Then the page handed them back. Not once, and not loudly. Quietly, one earned buyer at a time, for as long as the page stays the way it is.

what you get

What the system covers

One product page, eleven points held steady, from the first screen to the reviews.
11 points · 4 files
01Variant priceRecalculates in place; compare-price and discount badge stay readable on every selection.
02Buy buttonLocked in position on variant change, and re-surfaced in a slim bar the moment it scrolls out of view.
03Trust lineShipping, returns and payment safety sit beside the button, not in the footer.
04Checkout pathAdd to cart confirms in place, with View cart and Checkout one tap away — no redirect, no interruptive drawer.
05Above-the-fold layoutTitle, price, one trust line and the button composed in a single frame.
06Color optionsRender as swatches automatically, not text buttons.
07Quantity inputConstrained and validated live against available stock.
08Product imagesFixed ratio and fit across desktop and mobile.
09Long descriptionsFold into a clean accordion instead of running inline.
10Reviews slotConfigurable placement in the page sequence; works with major Shopify review apps.
11Layout on variant changePrice block, button and trust line stay anchored as selections refine.

Eleven points, three section files, one product page template. The full list is in the configuration reference.

how it holds

The buyer chooses. The page makes them check again.

A color or size tap should move the buyer closer to purchase. On a normal product page, that one tap can scatter the price, selection, quantity, trust cue, and Add to cart into separate confirmations. Decision-Flow keeps the purchase path connected through the change.

They chose. Now they have to re-check. Price moved, quantity reset, and the action no longer feels attached to the option they just selected.
They chose. The path is still clear. The product updates while price, selected option, quantity, trust, and Add to cart remain connected.

who it's for

One specific situation.

A fit if
  • You have steady traffic, organic or paid
  • You're running ads to your product pages
  • Add-to-carts happen, checkouts come and go
  • You have no in-house CRO or UX person
  • Your page looks finished, and still doesn't convert
Not yet if
  • You're still testing product-market fit
  • You don't have consistent traffic yet
  • You want a visual redesign, not a structural one

If the product is validated and the traffic is real, structure is the lever left to pull.

before you ask

The questions you're about to ask.

Will it work with my theme and apps?
It's a set of OS 2.0 sections, not a theme. It sits on top of what you have and works with most themes and common apps. Heavy custom logic may need minor styling adjustments; that's what the 14-day installation support covers.
Could it break my store?
It only touches the product page. Nothing near checkout, payments or app integrations. Because the sections sit alongside your theme, you can switch back to your old template anytime.
Do I need to code?
No code to write. You upload the provided files, then everything else happens in the theme editor and admin — the setup guide walks through every screen, and the whole install runs on a duplicate theme, so your live store stays untouched until you publish.
What if my conversion doesn't move?
Honest answer: this fixes how the product page behaves at the variant click, the disappearing button and the reopening cart. It can't create demand or fix a weak offer. If add-to-carts already happen and checkouts are inconsistent, this is built for exactly that gap.
Why trust it before there are reviews?
astriva is a solo build and Decision-Flow is its first product, so no wall of testimonials, and I won't manufacture one. What there is: eight published breakdowns of where product pages lose buyers, and a live demo you can click through yourself.
the going rate

Four ways to fix the same page.

A developer, a builder subscription, an audit, or Decision-Flow. The difference isn’t only the price. It’s what actually arrives, and what’s left running in your theme afterward.

Freelance developer

Custom-builds the same behaviors into your theme. You write the spec, you manage the build.

$400–800+
per quote · one to three weeks
Page-builder subscription

Rebuilds the page inside an app. Renders through app code, and the rent never ends.

$228–468
every year · for as long as the page is yours
CRO audit

A report on where the page leaks. The diagnosis arrives as a PDF; the repair is still on you.

from $749
diagnosis only · build not included
